How to reset a student's course progress

In this article, you will learn how to completely reset a student's progress in a course.

What you will need:

Navigate to Assets, then click Courses (1).

Click on the Students tab (2) to view the list of students enrolled in your course. Navigate to the student's file by clicking on their email address (3).

Once you are on the student's file, go to the Enrollments section, then click on the three dots, and select Reset progress to revoke their access to the course (4).

A popup will appear; click Confirm (5) to reset the progress.

Note: After a reset, a 1-month grace period is applied, allowing previously reset data to still be recovered in case of a mistake. To recover the data, contact support and provide the account email address, the student’s email address, and the course name.
