How to send a password reset email
In this article, you’ll learn how to change your own password or help a student/client reset theirs.
What you’ll need:
- A systeme.io account
1) You forgot your systeme.io password:
You can reset it by simply going to the following page: https://systeme.io/dashboard/en/login
Then click on Forgot your password? (1).

Next, enter the email address associated with your systeme.io account, check the reCAPTCHA, and click on Reset password (2).

An email with a link will be sent to the email address you entered to reset your password. This will allow you to create a new password.

Go to your email inbox and click the link you received to set a new password for your systeme.io account.
Once this is done, you can log into your systeme.io account using the link below:
Note: If your client has a systeme.io account, you can follow the same process. Simply enter the email address linked to their account, and they’ll receive an email with a link to reset their password.
2) A student forgot their password for your course area:
Go to the login page for your training space.
The login link to your training space depends on how your domain is set up:
- If you connected your own domain:
yourdomain.com/dashboard/en/login
- If you're using a systeme.io subdomain:
yoursubdomain.systeme.io/dashboard/en/login
Enter the email address the student used to register, then click Reset password.
They will then receive an email with a link to reset their password and access the login page for your course.
