How to set up an inactive page on a deactivated sales funnel

In this article, you will learn how to set up an inactive page on a deactivated sales funnel.

You will need:

It is recommended to set up an inactive page on a deactivated sales funnel if you have been sharing your sales funnel on social media. This page helps visitors understand that although the funnel is no longer available, they can still sign up to receive future offers.

In this situation, we recommend adding a form on this page to avoid losing potential prospects. To do this, simply follow the steps described below:

First, go into the deactivated sales funnel, then click on "Inactive page" so you can customize it (number 1 in the image).

Within the inactive page editor, you can add text, form input, and a button for visitors to complete and sign up using your form, as shown in the image below:

For contacts to be added to your contact list, it is important to configure your button's action to "Send form" and then redirect it to a page of your choice (number 2 in the image).

Now, once someone visits your deactivated sales funnel, the inactive page that you have configured will be displayed (which will be the one that contains your form).
