How to export multiple customer invoices to PDF format
In this article, we will see how to export multiple customer invoices to PDF format.
What you'll need :
- A systeme.io account
- A few sales on your account
Go to the Sales tab, and click Transactions (2).
On the transactions page, you can either select all transactions (2) or manually select the transactions to export invoices for.
Click Export to PDF (3) to generate the PDF.
A notification will be displayed at the top of the page informing you that the invoices are being exported and that you will receive an email with the link to download the invoices (4).
To download the invoices, go to the mailbox for the email address associated with your systeme.io account, open the email titled Your export of invoices, and click on the link to start the download (5).
When you open the downloaded file, you will find the PDF files:
Important: To extract the downloaded file and view its contents, we recommend installing WinRAR or WinZip on your system.
