How to remove "Sent with systeme.io" and customize your email footer

In this article, you will learn how to remove the systeme.io affiliate badge from your emails and how to customize their footer.

What you will need:

  • A systeme.io account with a paid subscription (Startup, Webinar, or Unlimited)

Click your profile picture, go to Settings (1), and select Emails (2).

To remove the "Sent with systeme.io" footer, uncheck the box labeled Display my affiliate link at the end of each email I send (3).

Customizing your footer

You can choose to display a link where users can unsubscribe from your email campaign by checking the box Display "Unsubscribe from campaign" link (4).

To customize the text for your unsubscribe link, enter the text (5) and use the language dropdown menu on the right to set the text for different languages.

A unique footer can be set for each domain. This is particularly useful if you manage multiple brands and need different links, disclaimers, or contact information for each one.

To edit your footer for a specific domain, click the domain dropdown menu under Footer text (6) and select the email address or domain you wish to configure. This list includes your account email address and all verified sender addresses.

In the text box below (7), enter your footer's content.

Click Save (8) to apply all changes.

Notes:
  • Users on the free plan cannot remove the affiliate badge.
  • The text at the bottom of your emails is an affiliate link used to promote systeme.io.
