What is two-factor authentication (2FA), and how can I disable it?
With your account's security at the forefront of our concerns, systeme.io has implemented two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your data and prevent cyberattacks.
By adding an extra layer of security beyond a simple password, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to online accounts. In case of a compromised password, 2FA provides an additional barrier, making it more challenging for hackers to breach accounts.
This method requires a second form of identification, which is a code sent to your email address when you try to log in to your systeme.io account.
It is crucial to emphasize that if you prefer to avoid the repetitive process of undergoing the two-factor authentication procedure each time you access your device, make sure to select the "Trust this device" box.
You will receive an email with the validation code to your systeme.io account login email address.
Disabling 2FA
By default, two-factor authentication is enabled for all systeme.io users.
However, if you wish to disable it, you can do so from your account in the "Security" section of your settings, by simply unchecking the "Two-factor authentication" box.
Please note that if you wish to deactivate it but are unable to access your account, please contact systeme.io support for assistance.
