How to host and share a file on systeme.io
In this article, you will learn how to host a file on systeme.io, whether it is a text, image, or button, and acquire its URL for convenient sharing.
Hosting and downloading a file using a text link:
Drag the "Text" element and drop it on your page (number 1 in the image).
Select the text you want to make clickable and click on the string icon (number 2 in the image).
A button will appear with the words "Link to a file", click on it to upload your file (number 3 in the image).
Choose your file by clicking the "Select file" button (number 4 in the image).
Once the file has been added, you must select it, or choose an existing file from your library by going to "Your files" (number 5 in the image), then select one of the existing files (number 6 in the image), and click on "Insert" (number 7 in the image).
Once you've inserted the file, click on the floppy disk icon (number 8 in the image) to save.
We recommend checking that your link is working properly afterward. To do this, first save your page by clicking on the "Save changes" button (number 9 in the image), then on the preview button (number 10 in the image).
You may also share a direct link to this file by copying the URL generated for the file you've hosted on systeme.io. Simply click on the clickable text, then right-clicking with your mouse to copy it (number 11 in the image).

Click on the settings button (number 2 in the image), then insert your image by clicking on the cloud-shaped button (number 3 in the image).
Choose a file to add by clicking on "Select file" (number 4 in the image).
Upload the image to your page by clicking on "Insert" (number 5 in the image).
Choose a file to set up the redirection to make your image clickable (number 6 in the image).

Instead of choosing a new file, you can go to your file library by clicking on "Your files" (number 8 in the image), then select one of the existing files (number 9 in the image), then click on "Insert" (number 10 in the image).
Now, to share a direct link to the file, all you have to do is copy the URL generated for the file you've hosted on systeme.io by right-clicking with your mouse (number 11 in the image).

Choose your file by clicking on the "Select file" button (number 5 in the image).
Once the file has been added, you must select it, or choose an existing file from your library by going to "Your files" (number 6 in the image), then select one of the existing files (number 7 in the image), and finally click on "Insert" (number 8 in the image).
Once you've inserted the file, please first save your page by clicking on the "Save change" button (number 9 in the image), then on the preview button to preview your page. (number 10 in the image).
