How to cancel systeme.io subscription
In this article, you will learn how to cancel your systeme.io subscription.
To change your subscription settings, click on your profile picture, then on Settings (1), and finally on Manage my subscriptions (2).
Find the subscription you wish to cancel, click on the 3 dots, and then on Cancel subscription (3).
To cancel your subscription, click Confirm (4) on the popup that appears.
Important: When a customer cancels one of his subscriptions, the cancellation will take effect on the next payment date.
Example: If a customer who subscribed to a monthly subscription on September 04 cancels their subscription on September 10, their subscription will be canceled on October 04.
