How to create automatic webinars
In this article, you will learn how to create an evergreen webinar on systeme.io.
To get started, you will need a systeme.io account on either:
- a Webinar plan
- a Unlimited plan
To create a webinar:
Log into your account, navigate to the "Funnels" tab (number 1 in the image), and click on "Create" (number 2 in the image).
Give your funnel a name, then select "Run an evergreen webinar" as the funnel goal, then click on "Save" to proceed.
After the webinar sales funnel is created, there will be 3 pages created by default in the funnel steps located on the right. Browse and select a template from the templates library (number 3 in the image).
To make changes to your page, click on "Edit page" (number 4 in the image).
From the page editor, click on "Edit popup settings" to customize your registration popup (number 5 in the image).
The popup customization options can be found on the left side of the editor (number 6 in the image).
Note: Configuring the Webinar registration date is mandatory. To configure it, click on the webinar date element on your form, then configure its options as needed (number 7 in the image).

- Answer: It is not possible to have multiple webinar pages in a single funnel. However, you can add a button on your webinar page that links to a sign-up page for another webinar.
- Question: Why can't I access my "thank you" and "conference" pages when I put the URLs in my browser?
- Answer: It is not possible to directly access these pages from URLs. These pages are only accessible if you have registered through the registration page. You can, however, view these pages from the editor.
