How to not charge VAT to your customers
In this article, you will learn how to automatically not charge VAT across your entire account.
Charging VAT on all your payment pages:
You can set up a global rule to automatically not charge VAT on all your offers. This setting acts as the default for your entire account, ensuring VAT is not applied to every payment page you create.
To disable VAT on all your payment pages, click your profile picture to open the menu. Click on Settings (1) and then on Payment settings (2).
Check the box Don't charge VAT to customers on payment pages (3).

Click Save (4) at the top of the page to apply your changes.

What if you need to charge VAT on specific funnels?
If you choose to disable VAT globally (as shown above), this rule will firmly apply to all of your funnels without exception. You will not be able to go into an individual funnel's settings to turn VAT back on for just that one funnel (the option will be locked and unavailable).

If your business requires you to charge VAT on some funnels but not others, you must do the following:
- Enable VAT in your global payment settings first.
- Go into the individual Funnel settings for the specific offers where you do not want to collect taxes, and check the box to disable VAT locally.
