How to change the sender's email address

In this article, you will learn how to change the email address used to send emails.

What you will need :

  • a account
  • an email address with your domain name

Go to your menu by clicking on your "Profile Picture", then go to "Settings" (number 1 in the image), and then select "Emails" (number 2 in the image).

In the "Sender email address" field, enter the address from which you want to send your emails (number 3 in the image).

Click "Save" to save the changes (number 4 in the image).

Notes : 

  1. This setting is a default setting for transactional emails (sending logins to your customers, sending invoices, etc), and for your newsletters and campaigns.
  2. You can change the sender's email address from the newsletter or campaign, but this change will only apply to that particular email and not to all your emails.
