How to change the sender's email address

In this article, you will learn how to change the email address used to send emails.

What you will need:

  • a account
  • an email address with your domain name

Access the menu by clicking on your "Profile Picture", then go to "Settings" (number 1 in the image), and then select "Emails" (number 2 in the image).

In the "Sender email address" field, enter the address from which you want to send your emails (number 3 in the image).

Click "Save" to save the changes (number 4 in the image).


  1. This configuration is a default setting for transactional emails (sending customer login details, sending invoices, etc.) and for your newsletters and campaigns.
  2. It's important to note that when a sender's email address is changed, it will automatically be used for all future emails created and sent from your account. However, if you had previously created emails in automations, email campaigns or newsletters intended to be sent with the old sender email address, this change will not apply automatically. You will therefore need to manually modify the sender email address in your old emails.
