How to change the sender's email address
In this article, you will learn how to change your default sender email address.
What you will need:
- A systeme.io account
- An email address with your domain name
Click on your profile picture, go to Settings (1), and select Emails (2).
In the Sender section, enter your new email into the Email address field (3).
Click Save to apply the changes (4).
Notes:
- This setting applies to all transactional emails (e.g., login details, invoices) as well as your newsletters and campaigns.
- This change only affects new emails. It does not automatically update emails you have already created (such as active automations or scheduled campaigns). You must manually update the sender address in those existing emails.
