How to configure the sending of webinar emails

In this article, you will learn how to set up automated emails for your webinars.

To get started, you will need the following:

  • systeme.io account
  • A Webinar or Unlimited subscription
  • A Webinar registration page

Steps to configure webinar emails:

Go to your webinar registration page and click the Emails tab (1).

Click + Create (2).

In the webinar email configuration, you can:

  • Add email attachments (3).
  • Choose the event that will trigger sending the email (Registration to webinar or Webinar starts) (4).
  • Set a delay for sending the email, (e.g., 15 minutes before the webinar starts) (5).

  • You can set the exact time for email delivery (6).
  • You can use substitution variables (7) by pasting the variable in the body of the email:

{webinar_show_link} - The link to the page with the webinar session will be sent to each webinar registrant.

{webinar_replay_link} - The link to the page with the webinar replay will be sent to each webinar registrant.
