How to configure the sending of webinar emails

In this article, you will learn how to configure the sending of emails when organizing a webinar.

To get started, you will need the following :

  • systeme.io account
  • a Webinar or Unlimited subscription
  • a webinar registration page

Steps to configure webinar emails :

First, go to your webinar registration page and click on the "Emails" tab (1).

Click on "+ Create" (2).

In the webinar email configuration, you can :

  • Add email attachments (3).
  • Choose the event that will trigger sending the email (registration to webinar or webinar starts) (4).
  • Define a delay for sending the email, such as setting it to be delivered 15 minutes prior to the webinar's start time (5).

  • You can set the exact time for email delivery (6).
  • You can use substitution variables (7) by pasting the variable in the body of the email :

{webinar_show_link} - the link to the page with the webinar session will be sent to each webinar registrant.

{webinar_replay_link} - the link to the page with the webinar replay will be sent to each webinar registrant.
