How to configure the sending of webinar emails

In this article, you will learn how to program the sending of emails when organizing a webinar.

You will need:

  • A systeme.io account.
  • A Webinar or Enterprise subscription.
  • A webinar registration page.

First, go to your webinar registration page, and click on the "Emails" tab (number 01 below).

Click on "Create". (Number 02)

In the webinar email setup, you can:

  • Add an attachment to the email (Number 03).
  • Choose the trigger event (webinar registration or webinar start). (Number 04)
  • Define a delay time for sending the email (for example if you want your participants to receive the email 15 minutes before the webinar starts). (Number 05)
  • You can set the exact time that the email should be sent. (Number 06)
  • You can use substitution variables (Number 07) by pasting the variable in the body of the email:

 {webinar_show_link} - the link to the page with the webinar session will be sent to each webinar registrant.

  {webinar_replay_link} - the link to the page with the webinar replay will be sent to each webinar registrant.
