How to configure the sending of webinar emails

In this article, you will learn how to configure the sending of emails when organizing a webinar.


To get started, you will need the following:

  • a systeme.io account
  • a Webinar or Unlimited subscription
  • a webinar registration page

Steps to configure webinar emails:

First, go to your webinar registration page and click on the "Emails" tab (number 1 in the image).

Click on "+ Create" (number 2 in the image).

In the webinar email configuration, you can:

  • Add email attachments (number 3 in the image)
  • Choose the event that will trigger sending the email (registration to webinar or webinar starts) (number 4 in the image)
  • Define a delay for sending the email, such as setting it to be delivered 15 minutes prior to the webinar's start time (number 5 in the image).

  • You can set the exact time for email delivery (number 6 in the image)
  • You can use substitution variables (number 7 in the image) by pasting the variable in the body of the email:

{webinar_show_link} - the link to the page with the webinar session will be sent to each webinar registrant.

{webinar_replay_link} - the link to the page with the webinar replay will be sent to each webinar registrant.
