How to resend a newsletter to those who did not open it

In this article, you will learn how to resend a newsletter to recipients who did not open it the first time.

To resend the newsletter, follow these steps:

Navigate to Emails >> Newsletters (1).

Locate the newsletter you want to resend, then click on the three dots (...).

From the dropdown menu, select Resend to contacts who did not open (2).

A popup will appear. Here, you can choose to keep the original subject line or change it to try and catch the reader's attention.

Select the date and time you want the email to be resent, then click Duplicate and schedule (3).

Notes:

The newsletter will only be resent to contacts who did not open it the first email.
You can only resend a newsletter once. If a contact does not open the resent email, you cannot resend it to them a third time.
