How to integrate Secure and Pay with systeme.io

In this article, you will learn how to integrate Secure and Pay into your systeme.io account.

Log in and access the payment gateways section

To connect a Secure and Pay account, first sign into your systeme.io account.

Click on your profile picture, then on "Settings" (number 1 in the image), and then on "Payment Gateways" from the settings menu on the left (number 2 in the image).


Click the "Connect" button for the Secure and Pay payment gateway in systeme.io (number 3 in the image).

Copy your webhook URL and contact Secure and pay support

A popup window will appear containing a webhook URL that has already been automatically generated by our system. You must copy this URL and send it to Secure and Pay support using this contact form, so that they can provide you with the information you can use to log in to your Secure and Pay account and integrate your Secure and Pay account with systeme.io.

Once you've sent a request to Secure and Pay support, you'll receive an email from them containing the information you need to log in to your account, as well as instructions for integrating your Secure and Pay account on a third-party platform. The latter information is what you'll need to finalize the integration of your Secure and Pay payment gateway with your systeme.io account.

Configure and finalize the integration

You must then return to systeme.io, in the popup that appears, enter the site ID and API secret key you received in the email from Secure and Pay support, then click "Save" to finalize the integration (number 4 in the image).

Note: The API secret key is labeled "Password" in the email you received from Secure and Pay.

Notes:

  1. The "Email", "First Name" and "Last Name" fields are mandatory on your payment pages to guarantee the process of payment via Secure and Pay.
  2. Currencies accepted are exclusively USD, EUR and GBP.
  3. Subscription periods are only based on the day, so if, for example, you want to make a subscription payment every month, you need to set a 30-day interval.
  4. Currently, there are no scheduled retries in case of a subscription payment failure via Secure and Pay. If a payment fails, we send a notification, and if no payment is made within 30 days, we cancel the subscription.
