How to delete multiple contacts

On this page, you will learn how to delete some or all of your contacts, which can be useful when you need to remove outdated or unused contacts and keep your list organized.

To get started, you will need:

Deleting all contacts

Click on Contacts (1) in the CRM menu.

Next, click on the Select all button (2) to select your entire contact list, and click on Delete (3).

Finally, click Confirm (4).

Deleting multiple contacts

Use one of the filters to group your contacts (e.g., by "tag", "date added", etc.).

For example, if you would like to delete all contacts with the Lead tag, select the Tag filter (5), then select Lead from the list of tags (6).

Now, only the contacts with the tag Lead will appear in the list.

Click on the Select all button (7) to select the entire list. Then click on Delete (8).

Click on Confirm (9) to delete the selected contacts.

Restoring deleted contacts

To restore a deleted contact, click on Recently deleted (10) on your Contacts page.

Once in the deleted contacts bin, you’ll see a list of recently deleted contacts along with their deletion date, removal method, and the date they’ll be permanently deleted.

You can manually select the contact(s) you want to restore (11), or use the filters on the left to find them easily (12). Then, click  Restore (13).

Note: Deleted contacts are kept for 30 days before being permanently removed.
