How to delete multiple contacts

Deleting contacts can be useful in several situations, such as:
- To remove inactive or outdated contacts.
- To maintain the cleanliness and quality of your list.

- An active systeme.io account.
- A contact list from which you want to make deletions.
1. Deleting all contacts
Step 1: Accessing your contacts
Click Contacts (1) in the CRM menu.
This action allows you to access your entire contact list, which you can then manage or delete according to your needs.

Step 2: Selecting and deleting your contacts
Next, click Select all (2) to select your entire contact list, and click Delete (3).
This allows you to quickly delete your entire contact list when you no longer need it or want to start with a clean slate.

Step 3: Confirming the deletion
After clicking Delete, a confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm (4).

2. Deleting multiple contacts
Step 1: Applying the filter
To delete a part of your list, you can use the filters to group your contacts by different criteria, such as a tag, the date added, or any other relevant attribute.
For example, if you would like to delete all contacts with the Lead tag, select the Tag filter (5), then select Lead from the list of tags (6).
This operation will display only the contacts associated with this tag, which you can then select and delete.

Step 2: Selecting and deleting the filtered contacts
Now, only the contacts with the tag Lead will appear in the list.
Click Select all (7) to select the entire list. Then click Delete (8).
This method allows you to quickly delete a specific group of contacts without affecting the rest of your list.

Step 3: Confirming the deletion
Click Confirm (9) to delete the selected contacts.

Managing your contacts effectively by deleting those you no longer need is essential to keeping your list clean and performing well.
