How to use the fixed time and date countdown timer

In this article, you will learn how to use the fixed time and date countdown timer.

Adding a countdown element

In the page editor, drag the "Countdown" element from the panel on the left and drop it onto your page (number 1 in the image).

Configuring the timer

Click on the countdown timer to display its properties in the panel on the left. In the "Countdown type" selection box, choose "Fixed time and date" (number 2 in the image).

Select the date and time at which the countdown will end.

Action when the countdown expires

When the countdown expires, you can either:

Redirect the user to another page
Do nothing

Example:

If the current date and time are 11:25 on 21/03/2024, and you set the countdown timer to 08:00 AM on 31/03/2024, this is the result you will get when you preview your page where the countdown is located (see image below).

Note: Be aware that after 06/01/2022 at 08:00 AM, the page will no longer be available. Unless you have specified a page to redirect to after the timer reaches 00:00:00:00, visitors will land on an inactive funnel page.
