How to delete an email campaign
In this article, you will learn step by step how to delete an email campaign in your systeme.io account.
What you will need:
- An active systeme.io account
- An existing email campaign you want to delete
This procedure will allow you to easily remove a campaign you no longer need while keeping your workspace organized.
Step 1: Accessing email campaigns
In the menu, click Emails and select Campaigns (1).
This action allows you to view all your existing campaigns and choose the one you want to delete.
Step 2: Selecting the campaign to delete
Find the campaign you want to delete, click the three dots (...) menu, then select Delete (2).
This action prepares the campaign for deletion, but you will need to confirm to finalize the operation.
Step 3: Confirming the deletion
Tip: Make sure you want to delete this campaign, as this action will erase all associated emails and settings.
Note: Deleting an email campaign interrupts it immediately.
- Emails will no longer be sent to contacts who were subscribed to it.
- Contacts will be permanently unsubscribed from this campaign.
Make sure you fully understand the impact before confirming the deletion, especially if the campaign is currently being sent.
