How to add the terms and conditions to your pages
In this article, you will learn how to add terms and conditions to your pages.
You will need:
- A systeme.io account
- A page on which you want to add Terms and Conditions.
There are two distinct methods to add these terms to your pages:
Method 1: On your order forms
To modify the terms and conditions text on your order forms, navigate to Settings (1) by clicking on your profile picture, then click on Payment settings (2).

Click Save (3) to save your changes.

To include these terms, open the editor for your order form (4)

Once inside the editor, click on Popups, then click the + icon to add a new popup (5).

To display the popup, click on the Settings (gear icon) for that popup.

Once the popup is displayed, click on Edit popup settings (6) and select the text element containing the terms and conditions (7).
Finally, click on Save (8).

Note: Any changes made to the text in "Payment Page Settings" will automatically update the popup on your payment page.
Method 2: On your other pages
Begin by creating a new page for your terms. Click Add step (9) and select Info page (10) as the page type.

Add a text element containing your Terms and Conditions to this page (11).

Copy the URL of your information page (12).

In your sales page editor, add a text element. Highlight the text and click the Link icon to create a hyperlink (13).

Paste the URL of your Info page (14), then click Confirm (15).
Don't forget to Save changes (16) in the top right corner.
