How to Set Up the Integration with Google Meet


The setup is quick and simple. In just a few steps, you can connect your Google account and start offering meetings from Google Meet on systeme.io

  1. Click on your profile picture, then navigate to the "Settings" section.

  2. Scroll down the left menu to the "Integrations" section, then click on it.
  3. Click on "Google Meet" among the various available integrations to add a Google account to your systeme.io account.

  4. A first popup will appear stating that you must first integrate Google Calendar; to do this, you must click on "Manage calendar integration".

  5. A second popup will appear where you need to click on "Connect" to start integrating your Google Calendar.

  6. A third popup will appear where you must choose the Google account you wish to add.

  7. Click on "Continue" so that Google allows systeme.io to access your information.

  8. A window opens with a permission request from Systeme.io to access your Google Calendar; just check the box "Select All" when the authorization request appears, which activates access to view, modify, and check all your calendars. This allows Systeme.io to automatically sync your events, especially for scheduling appointments or calendar-related automations.

  9. Finally, you will see that the Google Calendar and Google Meet integrations are now connected to your systeme.io account.

  10. After clicking on "Connected", you will have the client account information, the ability to disconnect this Google account, as well as add other accounts.

Features Available with the Google Meet Integration

  1. Automatic creation of Google Meet links: when a Google Meet event is created after registration on a systeme.io calendar, a Google Meet link is automatically generated and attached to the event.
  2. Adding the Meet link in confirmation emails: the videoconference link is automatically included in emails sent to participants (confirmation, reminder, etc.).
  3. Synchronized scheduling in Google Calendar : appointments made on a systeme.io calendar are automatically added to your Google Calendar account, with the Google Meet link integrated.
