How to keep a section always visible on your page
In this article, you will learn how to keep a section of your page fixed in place using the sticky option.
This feature ensures that the selected section remains visible to users as they scroll through the content, improving the user experience by making key content always accessible during scrolling.
Why use a Sticky section?
Making a section sticky is useful when you want to:
- Keep navigation menus accessible at all times
- Highlight announcements, calls-to-action, or contact details
- Improve the overall user experience by reducing the need to scroll back up
How to make a Sticky section
- Open the page editor and click the section you want to keep visible to open its settings.
- In the settings panel on the left side, scroll down to the Sticky option.
- Check the box labeled Do you want this to always be visible? (sticky) to enable the sticky settings.
- Once enabled, two additional settings will appear: Content position & Indent.
- Content position: choose whether the section should stick to the Top or Bottom of the screen.
- Indent: use the slider or number field to add spacing between the sticky section and the edge of the screen.
