How to manage files on systeme.io
In this article, you’ll learn how to manage files across your systeme.io account using the file manager.
You can upload, organize, and reuse files like images, videos, audio, and documents, all from a single place.
Access the file manager
This is where all the files uploaded to your account are stored and managed.
In your systeme.io account, click Assets in the menu, then on Files (1).

Upload files
Click the Upload files (2) button in the top right corner to open the upload popup.
You can either drag and drop files into the window or click to browse and select files from your device (3).

Once the upload is complete, the file appears in your library and is available to use across your account.
You can upload various file types, including images (JPG, PNG), videos (MP4), documents (PDF), and audio files (MP3).
Search, filter, and sort your files
To make file management easier, you can quickly search and organize files using the available options:
- Search bar: Find a file quickly by entering its name (4).
- Source filters: Show only files used in specific areas, like Funnels, Emails, or Communities (5).
- File type filters: Display specific formats, like images, videos, PDFs, or audio files (6).
- After applying the desired filters, click the Search button to update the results (7).

Manage your files
Click a file to open the preview panel on the right and view its details.
Click the three dots (8) next to a file to edit, view, download, or delete it.

Note: If you delete a file that is currently in use (e.g., in a page or funnel), it will not be removed from the live content. This prevents broken layouts.
Use files across your account
Once uploaded, your files are available throughout your systeme.io account, including in emails, pages, funnels, courses, and automations.
Note: There’s no need to upload the same file more than once; you can simply choose it from your library whenever you're adding content.
