How to integrate your Twilio account with systeme.io

In this article, you will learn how to connect your Twilio account to systeme.io.

What you’ll need

A Twilio account

Connect your Twilio account to systeme.io

First, go to your Settings (1) under your profile picture.

In the menu to the left, scroll down to Integrations (2).

Once in Integrations, click on Twilio (3) to connect it to your systeme.io account.

A pop-up will appear where you need to enter your:

Twilio SID (4): a unique identifier that identifies your Twilio account
Twilio Auth Token (5): a secret key used to securely authenticate API requests

You’ll find them both in your Twilio dashboard under Account Info.

Copy and paste them, then click on Save (6).

Once you click Save, a pop-up will appear, displaying information such as the integration creation date, status, and your Twilio sender phone number.

Once connected, your Twilio account will appear in your systeme.io interface.

Later, by clicking on Twilio, you'll be able to view your account information mentioned above, and have the option to disconnect your Twilio account if needed by clicking on Disconnect (7).

Notes:

Once your Twilio account is connected, you can send SMS messages through automation rules and workflow actions.
Make sure your Twilio phone number is messaging-enabled and verified to send SMS messages to your target countries.
Keep your Twilio Auth Token secure. If you change your Twilio credentials, update them in systeme.io to keep the connection active.
