How to request a recovery for deleted content

If you have accidentally deleted content from your systeme.io account, such as a funnel or a blog, our technical team may be able to recover it for you. Please note that this is a paid service, and specific conditions must be met to restore your lost pages successfully.

Important:

To proceed with a content recovery request, the deletion must have occurred within the last 7 days. Our developers cannot recover any content deleted more than 7 days ago.

Information needed for your request

To help us locate your deleted content, you will need to provide the following details:

  1. Account details: The email address of the account where the content was hosted. If the content was hosted on a sub-account, provide the exact sub-account name.
  2. Content name: The exact name of the funnel or blog that was deleted.
  3. Domain name: The domain that was associated with the deleted pages.
  4. Time of deletion: The exact time and your specific timezone when the content was deleted. If you are unsure of the exact time, provide your timezone along with an estimate of the day and hour.

How the recovery process works

Follow these steps to submit your recovery request:

Step 1: Contact support

Reach out to our customer support team and provide all four pieces of information listed above.

Step 2: Wait for confirmation

Our team will review your details to confirm if the technical recovery is possible. We do this first to ensure you do not pay for a service if your content cannot be retrieved.

Step 3: Complete the payment

If your content is eligible for recovery, the support team will share a payment link with you.

Step 4: Notify support

This step is crucial; as soon as you complete the payment, you must reply to the same support thread to let us know. Once confirmed, our team will immediately forward your request to the developers to restore your content as quickly as possible.
