How systeme.io subscription plans are moderated

In this article, you will learn how systeme.io subscriptions operate and how you can manage your subscription.

  • a systeme.io account
  • a paid systeme.io subscription (in some cases)

What types of subscriptions does systeme.io have?

Systeme.io offers two types of subscriptions

  1. Monthly.
  2. Annual.

Purchasing or upgrading your subscription

You can purchase or upgrade your systeme.io subscription directly from your account by clicking on the "Settings" button (number 1 in the image), then on "My plan" (number 2 in the image), and select the option you are interested in, then click on "Upgrade plan" (number 3 in the image).

Complete the order form and click "Get started" to finalize the purchase:

Credit card users

If you also used a card for the previous subscription, the payment will be carried over, and you will only be charged the difference between the two subscriptions.

If your previous subscription was made by PayPal, your payment will not be prorated even if your upgrade was made by a card.

PayPal users

Since prorated payments are not supported by PayPal, you will be charged the full price of the new subscription. You will also need to contact support to make sure your previous subscription is canceled.

Downgrading your subscription

To downgrade your subscription, you need to contact support and inform them what plan you would like to downgrade to.

Our team members will then provide you with an order form for the plan of your choice. Make sure to fill in the same email address as your account.

After that, report back to the team, so they can cancel your previous subscription.

Upgrades and account limits

Make sure your account is within the limits of your new plan. Exceeding the plan's limits may result in the automatic upgrade or restriction of your account:

I purchased the subscription twice on accident

Please notify our support team via the contact form and provide the email address you used in the order form. Our team will cancel the extra subscription and process a refund for it.

I was charged for a different subscription (for example I purchased the $27 Startup, but I'm charged for the $47 Webinar)

If the payment amount was changed after a few months of subscription, you may have accidentally switched to the higher plan from your account.
You can contact systeme.io customer support to downgrade your subscription.

I didn't receive the email with the login and password after the purchase

If you previously logged in to your account and used it on the free plan, you won't receive the login information again. After the purchase, you can log in using your email address and the password you created the first time logging in.

I am charged double the amount I subscribed to

You likely purchased the subscription twice. Please contact our support team, so they can investigate your case and cancel the extra subscription if needed.
