How systeme.io subscription plans are moderated
In this article, you will learn how systeme.io subscriptions operate and how you can manage your subscription.
To get started, you will need:
- A systeme.io account
- paid systeme.io subscription (in some cases)
What types of subscriptions does systeme.io have?
Systeme.io offers two types of subscriptions :
- Monthly
- Annual

Purchasing or upgrading your subscription
You can purchase or upgrade your systeme.io subscription directly from your account by clicking on Settings (1).
Then, on My plan (2), and select the option you are interested in, then click on Upgrade plan (3).
Complete the order form and click Get started to finalize the purchase :
Credit card users :
If you used a card for the previous subscription, the remaining period of your current subscription will be converted into a free trial when upgrading. After this trial ends, you will be charged the full price of the new subscription. Access to the higher plan will only be granted once the payment is successful.
PayPal users :
Since PayPal does not support prorated payments, you will be charged the full price of the new subscription. This applies even if your upgrade is made with a credit card. You will also need to contact support to make sure your previous subscription is canceled.
Downgrading your subscription
To downgrade your subscription, you need to contact support and inform them which plan you would like to downgrade to.
Our team members will then provide you with a custom order form for the plan of your choice. Make sure to fill in the same email address as your account.
After that, report back to the team, so they can cancel your previous subscription.
Note: Make sure your account will stay within the limits of your new plan, as exceeding the plan may result in automatic upgrading or restriction of your account:

I purchased the subscription twice by accident :
Please notify our support team via the contact form and provide the email address you used in the order form. Our team will cancel the extra subscription and process a refund for it.
I was charged for a different subscription (for example, I purchased the $17 Startup, but I'm charged for the $47 Webinar) :
If the payment amount was changed after a few months of subscription, you may have accidentally switched to the higher plan from your account.
You can contact systeme.io customer support to downgrade your subscription.
I didn't receive the email with the login and password after the purchase :
If you previously logged in to your account and used it on the free plan, you won't receive the login information again. After the purchase, you can log in using your email address and the password you created the first time you logged in.
