How to make a test purchase

In this article, you will learn how to make a test purchase in systeme.io.

Since it is not possible to achieve a test purchase via Stripe, the only way to ensure that your sales funnel is working properly is to make the purchase yourself. You can then refund the amount to yourself from your systeme.io account directly.

On your funnel editor's order form page, click on the "View funnel step" icon to display the order form (number 1 in the image).

Complete the order form and click the button to proceed with your test purchase.

After verifying that the order was successfully processed, you can proceed to issue yourself a refund.

To view all transactions, click "Transactions" under the "Sales" menu (number 2 in the image).

By default, all transactions will be displayed. You can also filter transactions by email address, product name, and date range. After making the appropriate selection, click on "Filter" (number 3 in the image).

Note: A test purchase may incur additional fees, so we recommend that you set a low price while making your test, to reduce any third-party fees (i.e. $1).
