How to use the "Contact us" feature

In this article, you’ll learn how to create a contact form on a funnel or blog page using the Contact us feature in systeme.io.

What you'll need

  • systeme.io account
  • A blog or a sales funnel page

There are two ways to use the Contact us feature:

  1. Use a prebuilt contact page
  • All blog templates come with a default contact page already included.
  • In funnels, you can create a new step and select the Contact us type to use a predesigned template.
  1. Add the Contact us element manually

The form can be inserted into any compatible page using the editor:

  • In funnels, the element is only available on pages set to the Contact us type.
  • In blogs, it can be added to any page except the homepage.

For a blog:

  1. Go to the tab Blogs in your account, then select Page.
  2. Next select Contacts.
  3. Click the three dots on the right to edit the page.

You can also add the Contact us element to any blog page (except the homepage).

To do this, click the three-dot menu on the right to open the editor for the desired blog page.

  1. From the elements panel on the left, drag the Contact us element and drop it where you'd like the form to appear.
  2. Click the "Save" button in the top-right corner to apply the changes.

For a funnel:

  1. Create a new sales funnel step by clicking on "Add step".

  1. In the "Type" field, select "Contact us page".

  1. Name the step, click "Choose a template", and then click "Save".

  1. Browse the available templates and click "Select".

  1. To customize your page, click "Edit page" to access the editor.

Note: the "name" and "email" fields are required to ensure accurate data collection through the Contact Us form.
