How to export the transaction summary of your customers as an excel file

In this article, you will learn how to export multiple customer invoices in Excel CSV format.

To get started, you will need:
  • A systeme.io account
  • Some sales on your account 

Listing transactions

Navigate to the "Sales" tab (number 1 in the image), and click on "Transactions" (number 2 in the image).

On the transactions page, either select all transactions (number 3 in the image) or the transactions you want to include in the exported file, then click on "Export in CSV" (number 4 in the image).

In the popup that appears, select the information you wish to include in the CSV file (number 5 in the image).

Select a delimiter that will be used to separate the columns on your CSV file (number 6 in the image).
Click "Export" to start the export (number 7 in the image).

Once this is done, a notification will appear at the top of your page informing you that the export has started and that you should receive an email containing a link to download your CSV file (number 8 in the image).

Downloading the exported file

To download the file, go to the mailbox associated with your systeme.io account. The subject of the email you receive will be "Your export of transactions".

Open the email and click on the link to start downloading (number 9 in the image).

Note:

Before starting the export, you can also filter the transactions to only show entries that have occurred during a specific period or interval (number 10 in the image).
