How to host your videos

Systeme.io offers several options to share video content on your blogs, funnel pages, and inside your courses and memberships.

You can either:

  • Add a video using a URL
  • Add a video with an embed code or;
  • Host your videos on systeme.io by uploading the video file to your account.

Let's look at how to upload videos to your account. The example below uses a funnel page but the process is the same for any type of page in your systeme.io account

1.1 Navigate to the page where your video will be shared and click the "edit page" option. (#1 in the image below)

1.2. Inside the editor, on the left-hand side, scroll down until you find the "video element" option. Drag this element to your page where you want your video to be. (#2 in the image below)

1.3. A placeholder video will appear. Click on it to open the settings section for your video. Then, under the "video type" (#3 in the image below) settings, click the drop-down menu and select the "upload file" option. (#4 in the image below).

1.4. Click on the upload video option then select the appropriate video file from your device to upload.

1.5. Allow the video upload to complete then select the "insert" button to add it to your page.

1.6. That's it! Your video is now uploaded to your page and hosted on systeme.io. Click the "save" button to save your progress.

1.7. Be sure to adjust your video settings to get the results you want. You can turn on/off autoplay and controls, upload a custom thumbnail, and do a host of other things.

1.8. The last step is to save your video and preview it to make sure it works the way you want.
