How to send an invoice to a client
This guide explains how to send invoices to your clients manually.
To get started, you will need the following:
- A systeme.io account
- At least one sale
To send invoices to your clients, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Transactions (1) under the Sales tab.

- On the Transactions page, you will see a filter menu on the left containing the following options:
- Customer email
- Country
- Customer type (company vs. individual)
- Payment processor charge ID
- Select a price plan
- Any type
- Occurred on or after
- Occurred on or before

Use the Customer email filter to search for a customer by their email address. Enter the email in the field and click Filter. You can use the other filters to narrow your search by offer, transaction type, date, customer country, or customer type.
Note: The customer type and country filters are especially useful for separating B2B and B2C sales. This allows you to easily find specific invoices to meet accounting or regional B2B e-invoicing compliance requirements (such as Peppol).

If you have multiple invoices to send, you must send them individually using the steps above. Alternatively, you can export all invoices for the client at once and email them directly.
