How to send an invoice to a client
This guide explains how to send invoices to your clients manually.
To get started, you will need the following:
- A systeme.io account
- At least one sale
To send invoices to your clients, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Transactions (1) under the Sales tab.

2. On the Transactions page, you will see a filter menu on the left containing the following options:
- Customer email
- Payment processor charge ID
- Select a price plan
- Any type
- Occurred on or after
- Occurred on or before

Use the Customer email filter to search for a customer by their email address. Enter the email in the field and click Filter. You can use the other filters to narrow your search by offer, transaction type, date, or course.
3. After applying the filters (2), the relevant transactions will appear in the list on the right.
To send a specific invoice to the customer, click the three dots and select Send invoice to customer (3).

If you have multiple invoices to send, you must send them individually using the steps above. Alternatively, you can export all invoices for the client at once and email them directly.
