My domain name is not approved
This article explains why your domain name may not be approved on systeme.io and how to fix it.
To get started, you will need the following:
- A systeme.io account
- A domain name added to your systeme.io account
Checking the status of your domain
If the domain you have added to systeme.io has not been approved yet, you will need to verify whether the CNAME records have been correctly added and are working as expected.
- Click on DNS Checker.
- Check the propagation of your two CNAME records. Copy the hostnames provided by systeme.io and paste them into the search field.
- Select the CNAME option.
- Click on Search.
Locating your host names
You can find the required hostnames in your domain settings on systeme.io (see image below).

Expected DNS Checker results
For both records, the results should look like the image below. Ensure the target values match the ones provided by systeme.io. (The image below is just an example.)

Note: DNS records may take 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate.
Provided that your domain name is functional and properly configured, it will be approved in systeme.io within 24 hours.
If not, make sure that you have followed the steps outlined in this article (or this article for a subdomain).
When adding your domain to systeme.io, you must include the "www" prefix (e.g., www.yourdomain.com).
If you try to add the root domain without it (e.g., yourdomain.com), the configuration is incorrect and will not be approved.
