How to manage the blog post layout

The post layout allows you to define the overall structure of your blog posts.

It is the template that will define the position of the content placeholder and the common elements all blog posts will have. Any element added to this page will be displayed on all the posts.

Managing the blog post template:

Navigate to the "Blogs" tab (number 1 in the image), then click on the blog's name (number 2 in the image).

From the blog's menu, go to the "Posts" section (number 3 in the image), then click on "Post Layout" (number 4 in the image).

On the post layout editor, you will notice that the following elements have already been added by default by our system:

1. Blog post categories: this element will automatically be replaced by the category/categories assigned to your post when it was created.

2. Blog post title: this element will be automatically replaced by the title given to your post when it was created.

3. Blog post image: this element will automatically be replaced  by the image cover uploaded on your post when it was created.

4. Blog post content: this will be replaced by the content of each post.

If you want to include the post publication date, you can also add the "Blog post date" element.
