Why is my student's activity log file damaged?

You will need:

In case you export the activity log of a student and you find the file damaged, you must first make sure that you have not used special characters, such as "emojis", in the title of the course, a chapter, or module because the (.xls) format does not support these characters.
For that reason, "Excel" does not know how to display these symbols and displays an error message when reading the file.
