How to create a subaccount on systeme.io
Effectively managing multiple projects or clients on the same platform can quickly become complex. Fortunately, systeme.io offers a key feature: subaccounts. They allow you to organize your activities, compartmentalize data, and delegate access, all while maintaining centralized management. To fully leverage this tool, let’s explore in this article how to create a subaccount on systeme.io.
IMPORTANT: Resource limits apply separately for the main account and each subaccount.
For example, if your subscription allows you to create 10 sales funnels, you can create 10 on the main account and 10 on each subaccount.
This also applies to other resources such as courses, contacts, emails, tags, etc.

Once finished, click on "Save". (number 6 in the image)
Note: If you fill in the "Email" field, please use an email address that is not already associated with a systeme.io account, as this operation is only possible if the entered email does not already have a systeme.io account.
5. After saving the creation of the subaccount, a message stating "Subaccount has been successfully created" will appear at the top of the screen, confirming the creation of the subaccount.
On the line of the created subaccount, click on the three small dots on the right, then select "Log in to subaccount" to start using it. (number 7 in the image)
By clicking on "Log in to the subaccount", you will be automatically redirected to the created subaccount. You can confirm this action by checking the subaccount that appears after clicking on the profile picture.
You can change the name of the subaccount by clicking on the "Settings" section (number 8 in the image), or delete your subaccount by clicking on "Delete". (number 9 in the image)
Notes:
1. Subaccounts can only be accessed from your main account. Subaccounts do not have independent login details.
2. You can share content from one account or subaccount with another, thanks to the sharing option in systeme.io. To learn more about this, we invite you to check the articles below:

4. It is possible to grant a collaborator or service provider dedicated access to a subaccount, without giving them access to other subaccounts or the main account.
5. Each subaccount can be linked to one of the different available payment gateways, which is ideal for managing multiple brands, clients, or entities independently.
6. From the main account, you keep an overall view and can easily manage all your subaccounts.
7. You benefit from distinct statistics for each subaccount, allowing for precise analysis of the activity of each project.
