Note: migration to systeme.io is manually performed by our team.

Migrating a business from GoHighLevel to systeme.io involves several steps:

1. Migration of sales funnel pages

Sales funnels are at the heart of our customers' content and are generally migrated first to make them available online quickly.

In this step, all pages will be recreated in the most optimal way possible, so that the user feels no difference when switching to systeme.io. The member in charge of migrating your business will retrieve all the data from your pages that are in GoHighLevel, and reuse it in the newly created systeme.io pages, such as:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Audios
  • Titles
  • Texts

Once we've created the pages for a sales funnel, we make sure that the links between the various pages are fully functional. The pages are meticulously checked and tested to ensure that they work.

2. Migration of the courses

Since courses represent a major part of the sales on systeme.io, we pay particular attention to integrating them into our courses platform. We take care of importing courses individually, including:

  • Modules
  • Lectures
  • Quizzes

The interface for courses in systeme.io is simple and intuitive, and students will have no difficulty navigating through their courses.

Once these tasks have been completed, the courses will be linked to their respective sales pages.

3. Migration of physical products

Physical products will be reproduced as they are in GoHighLevel, including their characteristics and options, such as:

  • Name
  • Description
  • SKUs (stock-keeping units)
  • Tax
  • Currency
  • Price
  • Product Images

4. Migration of newsletters and campaigns

Each email will be faithfully reproduced in systeme.io as it is currently in your GoHighLevel account, whether for campaigns or newsletters. The migration will take into account:

  • Deadlines
  • Custom fields
  • Email content (links, buttons, text, images, etc.)

Configurations will then be tested internally to ensure that everything is in order.

5. Migration of contact lists and tags

It's important to know that GoHighLevel has a feature that allows you to export your contacts. In just a few seconds you can retrieve the file containing the contact list in Excel CSV format. Importing your contact list into systeme.io is generally fast, and is completed at the end of the migration.

Please note, however, that before importing your contact list, we submit it to our deliverability team, so that they can verify it by contacting you. Once approved, the contacts and their tags will be imported.

6. Migration of the automations

Each of your automations, whether simple or complex, will be reproduced in the "Automations" section of the menu in your systeme.io account, under the headings:

  • Rules
  • Workflows

Given that each platform behaves differently and according to its needs, automations will be reproduced in such a way as to achieve the desired results.

7. Integration and authentication of your domain name

Now that the migration is almost complete, we can proceed with:

  1. Integrating your domain name in your systeme.io account, so that your old GoHighLevel domain name(s) can be used in systeme.io and that your URLs can be personalized to have the same structure and links they had in GoHighLevel.
  2. Authentication of your domain name, which automatically generates the DKIM or SPF protocol for your domain, helping to improve the deliverability of your e-mails.

8. Adding students to courses

Once your contact list has been imported and your URLs are up to date with your domain name, students will be enrolled in the course to which they have access.

To do this in the best possible way, we'll use automation to enroll them in a course depending on the tags the contacts have.
